Today Ms McLaughlin and The Green Schools Committee raised our 10th Green Flag for Biodiversity & Food. Thank you to Ms Mclaughlin for all your support and committment to the school.

A Graduation Ceremony was held on Monday for 6th Class. Thank you to Fr. Daniel for a lovely ceremony and to Natalia's parents for the lovely graduation cake, cup cakes and lots more lovely homebaked goodies. A special thanks to our 6th Class parents for the beautiful gift of a signed framed jersey of the 2026 Connacht Champions, you will all be missed in our school community. Lots of fun and games at our Annual Sports Day with a surprise visit from Ms Donlasaurus...

A fun day of activites was enjoyed by the pupils from 3rd to 6th class at Bay Sports, Athlone.

The Junior Classes enjoyed an action packed day at Willowbrook Outdoor Adventure Centre. They did pizza making, construction building, digging for treasure, bubble making among other outdoor activities. A fun day was enjoyed by all the children.

Today we celebrated Grandparents' Day, thank you to Fr Daniel for the beautiful ceremony. We also had a remembrance tree for all the Grandparents that are no longer with us. Pictured are some of our Grandparents with their grandchildren. Thank you to the Parents' Association who provided refreshments in Ballyleague Hall afterwards where the children performed 'Killeagh'. Thank you to Ms Carroll and Ms Killoran who prepared the children for this brillant performance.

Congratulations to 2nd class pupils who made their First Holy Communion last Saturday. Thank you to Fr. Daniel and teachers Ms McGreevy and Ms Shanagher for helping the children prepare for the ceremony.
